Here comes the 550D!! Febuary 2010 is already releases in Malaysia!! It has higher resolution 18MP CMOS with gapless micro lenses and customizable auto ISO ranges. Besides that, it can improved movie functionality
and slightly higher burst shooting rate (though buffer holds fewer shots).

Xbox Project Natal

Introducing Project Natal, a revolutionary new way to play: no controller required. See a ball? Kick it, hit it, trap it or catch it. If you know how to move your hands, shake your hips or speak you and your friends can jump into the fun -- the only experience needed is life experience.

Project Natal is the code name for a "controller-free gaming and entertainment experience" by Microsoft for the Xbox 360 video game platform. Based on an add-on peripheral for the Xbox 360 console, it enables users to control and interact with the Xbox 360 without the need to touch agame controller through a natural user interface using gestures, spoken commands, or presented objects and images. The project is aimed at broadening the Xbox 360's audience beyond its typical gamer base.

Project Natal was first announced on June 1, 2009 at E3 2009. Microsoft said that over a thousand software development kits began shipping to game developers that same day. It is scheduled to be released in time for Christmas 2010. Pricing has not been released yet.

Project Natal will reportedly also serve as the basis for a "new" Xbox 360. Though it is rumored that the launch of it will be accompanied with the release of a new Xbox 360 console (as either a new retail configuration, a significant design revision, and/or a modest hardware upgrade), Microsoft has dismissed the reports in public, and has repeatedly emphasized that it will be fully compatible with all Xbox 360 consoles. Microsoft indicates that it considers it to be a significant initiative, as fundamental to the Xbox brand as Xbox Live, and with a launch akin to that of a new Xbox console platform.Project Natal has even been referred to as a "new Xbox" by Microsoft chief executive officer Steve Ballmer at a speech for the Executives' Club of Chicago. When asked if the introduction will extend the time before the next-generation console platform is launched (historically about 5 years between platforms), Microsoft corporate vice president Shane Kim reaffirmed that the company believes that the life cycle of the Xbox 360 will last through 2015 (10 years).

BMW Vision Efficient Dynamics

A full-hybrid concept, the BMW Vision EfficientDynamics concept car is powered by a three-cylinder turbodiesel and two electric motors. Overall system output is 262 kW/356 hp. All-wheel drive featuring an electric motor on both the front and rear axle. Acceleration from a standstill to 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds, top speed 250 km/h (155 mph) (electronically limited) , fuel consumption in the EU test cycle 3.76 litres/100 km (equal to 75.1 mph imp), CO2 emissions 99 grams/kilometre.



As a plug-in hybrid, BMW Vision EfficientDynamics is able to cover the entire fuel consumption drive cycle under electric power alone. Taking the sources of energy used for generating the electric power consumed into EU electricity mix, this reduces the CO2 emission rating to just 50 grams per kilometre.



The interior of this unique 2+2-seater intentionally demonstrates the very latest in modern technology. At the same time the use of natural materials underlines BMW's strategy of sustainability borne out through this concept car. The roof and door inserts made of polycarbonate glass automatically become darker as a function of incoming light.

The chimney, Labuan

It’s the ‘Eiffel tower’ of Labuan. It is situated on a rise at Tanjung Kubong. This is a 106 feet high red brick stack building. It is believed to be linked to the coal mining days in Labuan. Believe it or not, this 106 feet high Chimney was made out of more than 23,000 pieces of red bricks. The bricks layering and work are of typical British design.

The Chimney was long thought to be nothing more than a ventilation shaft. However, recent findings revealed that there were no traces of smokes or burning to suggest its use as a chimney as popularly believed. Careful exploration has revealed at least 12 layers of bricks beneath the surface. The structure sits firmly on a large track of limestone rock rich in kaolin or porcelain clay, which provide the strong foundation.

The Chimney mysterious until today. Some said it was a light house as a signal or guide for passing ships while others said it was an unfinished mansion. In its heyday, a thriving settlement was built at the sea front below the Chimney. It was then used as a bell tower to signal the arrival of ships to the residents below. It has become an intriguing riddle that fascinates locals and visitors.

Ginger is a plant that comes from Southeast Asia, and also cultivated in Jamaica and other tropical areas. The ginger herb root is used for culinary and medicinal purposes. Ginger is a natural spice and is known worldwide for its smell and pungent taste. Ginger has been used by Chinese herbalists. Usually, ginger will be use to add on to our dishes. We can get benefit from ginger such as nausea, digestive problems, circulation and arthritis. Nausea caused during pregnancy or by travelling is one of the benefits of ginger root. Ginger is also known to have the ability to calm an upset stomach and to promote the flow of bile. Stomach cramps can be eased and circulation can also be improved. Ginger supports a healthy cardiovascular system by making platelets less sticky which in turn reduces circulatory problems. Besides that, ginger oil used for massage can help lot on relieve painful arthritis due to its anti-inflammatory properties and it can help to minimise the symptoms of respiratory conditions, colds and allergies.

Taipei 101

As we know, Taipei 101 is the 2nd tallest building to be constructed in the new millennium and the first to cross the half-kilometre mark and known as the Taipei Financial Center. This construction was completed in July 1, 2003 and cost $1.76 billion to complete. This multi-use steel-and-glass skyscraper was designed by C.Y. Lee & Partners and has 61 elevators. It reflects the traditional Chinese pagoda, with a soaring podium base, eight tiers of eight stories, narrow pinnacle tower, and a spire.
The building has an 18 ft, 882-ton ball-shaped damper at the top that counteracts swaying motions during typhoons and earthquakes. Although CTBUH (Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat) only takes into consideration the floors above ground level, there are 5 floors underground too. The number “101” represents not only the number of floors, but also the mailing code of Taipei’s international business district.
